Where babies and children are welcome at every session!
At MumaBubs we believe the post-natal period does not end once your baby is no longer a newborn. Issues with the pelvic floor, pelvic instability, weakness with your core and even finding the time to exercise with the extra demands of being a mum, do not go away after your 6-week post-natal check.
However, returning to exercise safely is crucial for your long-term health and well-being.
At MumaBubs we are passionate about women exercising safely during the entire journey of becoming and being a mum. We provide small group training, personal training and online training programs for pregnancy, post-natal and beyond.
Sessions are held at in Carine, Western Australia.
Sessions are either held outdoors at Carine Open Space (off Okeley Road, Carine), at the new Carine Club Rooms (off Beach Road, Carine Open Space) or at MumaBubs HQ in Carine.
Welcome to MumaBubs. My name is Jody and I’m a mum of two adorable, albeit at times challenging, little munchkins, a wife, a business owner, a daughter, a sister and a friend, with some roles I do a lot better than others!
MumaBubs started as a dream many years ago fuelled by my passion for fitness, health and wellness for women.
I am passionate about educating, energising and empowering pregnant and post-natal women through the provision of safe but effective exercise programs and fitness sessions.
My Mission: to build a supportive community of mums, who are energised, strong and healthy, inside and out, and have found a balance between being a mum and being the fittest, healthiest woman they can be!
I hold a degree in Exercise and Sport Science completed at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. I am also a Level 3 Registered Exercise Professional with Fitness Australia. I am a pre and post-natal exercise specialist, with qualifications in Fundamental Mat Pilates and a specialisation in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates. I also am a certified Female Health & Performance Specialist.
MumaBubs has evolved out of my passions for fitness, health, wellbeing, and wanting to assist and support other women on the most beautiful, rewarding, challenging journeys of becoming and being a Mum.
